I blew up my 327 in the SS car on the last qualifying pass. Bob and Charlene Gullet graciously offered their spare to use. Cal Method came by and assisted with the swap. Troy Olsonawski loaned a carb adaptor. JV Storms helped with some grunt work with a stubborn collector. And Donny Scott also spun the golden wrenches.
Had to do a trans swap also, since the bellhousing cracked when the crank broke, and it all was for nothing when my powerglide spare failed, darn it! But wanted to say thank you to everyone that helped out. I really appreciated it!!! |
