Default Thank you Tasca Ford!!

A long story but bear with me....

My family and I were in the Upstate New York area this past weekend for a wedding. We were traveling to Fall River, MA to do some sight seeing prior to the wedding (my 16 yo is crazy about Lizzie Borden..should I be concerned? lol). Anyway, we happened through Providence, RI. I told my wife, "Hey, this is the home of Tasca Ford. She says, we have time let's go check it out". Punch it up on the GPS and there are two locations, so we pick the closest one which is in Seekonk. Drive in and recognize the orignal dealership. Go to the parts dept. to see about getting some swag. No swag here, damn. In the typical New England accent, the parts guy tells me "Go to the big store, they're 10 times bigger than we are".
So, we go to the main dealership in Cranston. We walk in the showroom and who greets us? Bob Tasca II himself. I told him we were tourists and that I had been a Tasca fan for a long time. He was very humble and gracious, showed us around the dealership, and escorted us to the parts dept. Told the parts guys to take care of us. He also said that they had a museum of sorts and asked if we'd like to see it. Hell yeah! Bob leaves and shortly there after, one of the girls from the office, Annette comes down. We go down to the truck shop where they have recently put up a photographic timeline of sorts of Tasca Ford sponsered cars etc., as well as a few stories about Tasca Sr. There was one of Bob III's F/C and one of Carl's Mustangs along with a new 2012 CJ.
Bob II and the rest of the Tasca associates treated us like we were somebody special. My wife and I were blown away.

Thanks again Tasca Ford!

The only way my wife would suggest we "check out" a dealership is if she thought she was getting a new Mercedes. Now get to Noble.
