Angry Stolen Trailer Alert in Florida!

Frank Hawley's Drag Racing School in Ocala, Florida reported a trailer has been stolen from their facility -

Over the weekend we had one of our trailers stolen from our shop in Ocala, FL. It is a 26ft Carson enclosed tag trailer with a white paint job, new roof, old checker board flooring, chrome wheels, standard tongue jack and the bottom of the back panels slope with the beaver tail. Also stolen were 12 black gloss Impact “Champ” style helmets of various sizes. Thank you all for keeping your eyes and ears open on this!

Please notify the local/State Police if you see this trailer. Contact the school if you have any information! Thanks!

Exactly why we should consider getting our trailers equipped with not only standard trailer alarms but also GPS tracking devices. They are not that expensive compared to what is at stake.
Our TrailerToad.com trailers have them, I want to KNOW where my stuff is.

Lo Jack is great if you live in a Major Metropolitan Area. If you live out in the sticks like I do it is worthless because none of the local police forces have the equiptment to track it. Been around that block before. Lojack had no problem selling it to me for my vehicles they just did not want to tell me its worthless here. Now if they had driven it to St Louis, Chicago or Memphis I would have been in luck. But they just took it about 10 miles down the road and stashed it in a barn and tried to wait untill things cooled off. Luckly Meth heads cant keep thier mouths shut or I still might not have it back.

I think Jok Nickolson from DRO is selling a system that works off GPS now. I have not looked at it yet but if it will work here I think I will try that. Alot of racing stuff seems to be going missing, every week it seems like I see another thread about this stuff not to mention the regualar cars and pickups that get taken. The two idiots who took mine only got 5 years and were out in less than 2 1/2.

There are GPS alarm systems available that work in The US, Canada and Mexico as mentioned in an earlier post.
I can't advertisie it on here but they are available.
Send me a PM and I can send you information or answer questions you might have.
The main thing here is to PREVENT thieves from getting your racing stuff!!
