No HP for 1.20 under at National Opens

It looks like NHRA has made it where National Opens no longer offer the possibility of horsepower, should make it interesting for races like the Dutch Classic, Indy Open, etc. I guess you can set records over 1.20 under without horsepower now?

No runs made during National Opens, test and tune, time trials, or races within a race (i.e. Jegs Allstar eliminations, Stock / Super Stock Combos or other races that are not part of a season long points championship) are included in the 1.200-second-or-more-under review or adjustment.
