Atco sold !!
Wow , First Island closed, now Atco is sold, but with Joe Sway staying on as racing director.

Read about it on another forum yesterday - what doesn't make sense is Joe Sway selling but staying on to run the place .............

unfortunately, with a $50 million lawsuit filed in August, it does make sense selling the track.

Wow, I read the complaint and who knows, the plaintiff may have a case. I thought when you race you sign a release or you can't run?

I'm just glad the track is staying open, and Joe is still running it.
Other links have Atco disputing the ambulance claims ,and I would think they have security video to back that up.

WOW! I know lawsuits usually have two sides but this one has two totally contradicting stories. Someone is not giving the truthful facts about the incident.
