What's the best advice for a coil inside car on my electrical mounting plate ? Can I use an a 2sided coil post on firewall ? Don't think there is any safety regulation on that ? Will try to keep coil wire as short as possible . Thanks

The pass thru posts are a constant point of trouble.
burned /corroded posts, one more point for a wire to fall off. Use a sleeve over the wire ,and find a grommet that fits close but not too tight. Or better yet put the coil put the coil on the front of the head or the motor plate if you have one.
