Has a new contingency list been sent out yet?

I have missed it if it has.
Only way you make any money is on the stickers.

Not released yet; lots of us delay some purchases based on its release too. We're also still waiting for Divisional entry and purse structure but chances are you're right, the stickers will determine if you can actually make some $$$.
