front end question

i got a 66 nova with sbc, i ordered a coil over kit from autofab race cars and it is great looking stuff. I ordered the qa1 da with 325# front spring. i am totaly bottomed out as far as adjustment goes to lower the car, would ordering a weaker spring lower the car? I checked about buying a 11" spring but couldnt find one. Going from a 325lb to say 300lb, how much would this lower the front end ride height? i am in need of about 1.5".
