I believe they are cleaning everything up that was not up to par and will reopen.

Nope Hee's not quite dead yet......He's just sleepin....and hopefully will wake up soon.......LOL

I hope so. This is the first track I ever ran a legit (non-street race) drag race at.

Rich, I've heard the same rumblings from someone who has always had good info about the track.
I hope he's right, Island may be a dumpy little track to some, but theres a lot of history there and some of D1 greatest racers came from there.....I know, I got "lessons" from a lot of them when I raced there.
