Mopar 340 TA block

Casting number 3577130 TA 340; rare, great candidate for a TA/AAR resto or race. Has 2 sleeves but had standard 355 pistons in it when I broke a rod many years ago, had it sleeved and set it aside. Has 4 bolt mains, as was made possible by the extra thick main webs on TA blocks.

No VIN number on the pad above the pan rail...suspect it was a replacement block procured by a racer since these preceded the X block.

Located in Savannah GA. $500 plus shipping.
