Help with Accel Calmap 6.0

Recently acquired stocker has an Accel Calmap 6.0 Engine Management System.
The current set up is open loop, has separate O2 sensor system, and EGT's.
I have a tune-up matrix that came with the car that allows fuel map changes based on % up and down from a base setting.
I would like to talk to someone who has experience with this system to answer a few ( well, maybe more than a few) questions on how to effectively utilize this unit.
I realize there is later technology out there, but this is going to have to work for now.
Any helpers out there? BTW....Engine is a 98 LT1 prepared by Woodro Josey.
