1989 f body steering stabilizer

Can anyone tell me if its a OEM part of aftermarket? I know Quay has them but am wondering if there is one I could get from a local parts store.

The stabilizer itself is some oddball off of a vw or something. I looked at doing it by way, but would have only saved about $20, and had more time in the fabrication
