Delmont or Blairsville are the easiest. They are both on Rt 22 just a few minutes from the track.

Agreed. You will want to be East of the track, not west of it. The stretch of RT 22 between Monroeville and the track is a major pain in the butt.
Coming from the East, heading West to the track is much better. |

Super 8 in Delmont, at US 22 and toll road 66. About 6-7 miles west of the track on 22. That would be the closest.
