60' times ?

a good friend races a truck [runs 11.60s @ 118], he has a problem with RT. another friend told him to deep stage, and that would fix the problem. I believe that this is an artificial fix. he has gone from 1.8 RT to .006. he thinks he is OK. I think he is on the borderline of redlighting. I guess he will be OK if he can stay consistent, but I believe there is a problem in the suspension and he doesnt understand my point.
your thoughts.
