Superbowl Loctite commercial that cost over 4 million. I'm sure they redirected the money there!

That wasn't them, actually. Loctite was sold to Permatex a few years ago.

I really can't fuss. Duck Tape brand duct tape was a phenomenal partner for over 12 years. In the corporate world, things are bound to come to an end eventually. They said we were a good deal, but it was just one of those years where they looked at everything top to bottom and we didn't make the cut, but could reapply for 2016.

We'll continue to represent the brand through April, plus have a special one-race promotion at the Norwalk LODRS spreading the word about the 12th Annual Avon Heritage Duck Tape Festival in Avon, OH coming June 19-21. http://www.ducktapefestival.com/ The Duck Tape Volare will also be on display Feb 28 at the Ohio Motorsports Expo in Columbus, OH, and again at the Motor City Hot Rod & Drag Racing Expo in Novi, MI March 21-22. http://www.motorcityraceexpo.com/

Really, the folks at Duck are like family. I feel like we've done a good job with branding. I get a lot of e-mails and messages from people saying they were in the store and chose Duck brand out of all their options. Down south, a lot of racers even call me 'Ducky' or 'Duck Tape'. With the open trailer, that rolling billboard has been seen for over 200,000 miles!

But yeah... some marketing genius should just make a YouTube video and tag "Super Bowl Commercial" in the title. Save a bunch of money and still get tons of views. ;-) I'll have to remember that for next year!

My bad Michael. I thought they were all still together. Yes, I agree they did you well. I will always be swayed by your sponsorship when making choices of that type.
