Surprised nobody posted this but, just seeing if anyone at NED is planning on attending Clifford's talk today at 4pm.
Wondering if his stance has changed since Pomona and Gainesville on things and his last meeting. From the recent article in ND I would say No but, us Northerners are known to not hold back on what to say and voice out thoughts, even though I was told by a few sources he doesn't take any questions. |

It is a total waste of time... at the beginning of the season I made sure a few sportsman people that would voice an opinion showed up... and it was pointless. They didn't want to hear anything about what we thought or want for NHRA. They just told us how it was and pretended acting like they were going to do something for sportsman. Not one of the higher ups walked out of there knowing any of us or caring anymore than they did a year ago.
I just find it so crazy that these guys that run our organization aren't involved at all in the heart of the sport. I would think if I was president of NHRA I would want to know everyone and be out there at the races interacting with the people who come to race. The Baders do it at Norwalk and I think its working out pretty good for them.... |
