Who are the cam grinders that specialize in stocker cams? And who to contact at the company? This is for the 273 4bbl combo with solid lifters. My engine builder wants me to find the little guy that makes one off type stuff that isn't well known like the big cam companies like Comp, etc. Thanks.

Kind of on the subject. Do these numbers mean anything to anyone? 5786/5652h6 it is in a 283-220 stocker motor.

Those are two lobe numbers, H is hydraulic, and 6 is 106 LSA.

I contacted several cam manufactures as I was building a Dodge 360 for NHRA Stock, and the only one who would return my calls was Langly at Bullet Racing Cams. Guess who I bought from....

In the past five years or so, I bought two Bullet cams for my 327's. They don't give them away, but you wouldn't want anybody's product that they did give away. They have performed perfectly. I was real happy with Bullet's product and would always recommend them.

For Pure Stock I always advocate for Bullet. They are very helpful with advice and technical information. Prices are always fair. Dan |

Spiro Jannings, redline race cams. Always made more power, and never any "livability" issues with his designs and he understands S&SS.
