Bob Lambeck Honored
For those of you who follow the nostalgia themed racing the California Hot Rod Reunion in Bakersfield next week will convey special honors on my very good friend and sometimes mentor, Bob Lambeck.
An hour in his office reminiscing and hearing about his remarkable career over the last 60 years is much better than a day at Disneyland....but it can be almost as costly. Bob is, and has always been, a tremendous champion, and is never shy about giving credible advice to those who seek it. I am proud of our friendship and thank him sincerely for the support over the years. |

One year at PRI I had the pleasure of meeting Bob at Jere Stahl's booth. The half hour conversation we had was one of the best ever. The guy was a hero to me starting in the 60s.
