PAC springs valve spring locators?

Having a problem with a new set of springs PAC 1409X being installed on my 882 heads. I will need either locators or a different retainer to get the correct installed height and 200 lb seat pressure.
Problem is I cant find anyone that makes either a spring locator with a .760” inside diameter and 1.25” outside diameter with an .840” valve spring inside diameter. Does anyone make something like this or is there another solution we are missing?
