What's a good lubricant to use in press fit applications (i.e. bearing races)?

Goodson and Sunnen both sell a press fit assist product in a spray can. I've used it for many years and it helps reduce galling when pressing parts together. I use it on cam bearings and balancers and also used it to press rod bushings in rods and to press pistons on rods as well. Goodson sells machine shop supplies.http://www.goodson.com/store/templat...998341766bfc4a

A little heat and a little cold will do wonders.
