It seems the indexes for Stock and Super Stock have already changed in some places. This weekend at the doorslammers National Open at Ohio Valley raceway in Louisville the indexes were different from what is published in National Dragster. For example my index in E/SA used to be 7.68 for the eight mile, the index used this weekend was 7.54. Some indexes were changed less and some more. I asked Rich Bowers about this and he said that was what NHRA sent from California. Does anyone know anything about this?

RJ, you are wrong. Those indexes are for Kentucky only, but they are allowed to run that stuff they make up in the hills for fuel. Sounds like an ok trade-off to me.
