Buckeye S/SS Quaker City Makeup Race this Saturday

The rained out August 1st race at Quaker City Motorsports Park in Salem, Ohio has been rescheduled. The Date is Saturday August 15th. NHRA , IHRA and NMCA legal Stock and Super Stock entries are permitted as well as NMCA legal Nostalgia Super Stock Cars. (N/SS Carbureted only, no injectors).
We will have our Mid Ohio Paving Dial for Dollars paying $100 to the racer closest to their dial in on our first qualifier. Also Parsons & Myers Racing Engines of Dayton, Ohio will pay $100 to the racer with the Best First Round LOSING Package.
The KB Trailers Bounty Hunter program will pay $100 to the racer that defeats the winner of our last race. The Bounty will be on Rick Newmeyer driving his '63 Plymouth N/SS entry. Beat Rick and make $100.
The winner of the Buckeye S/SS race will win $1000 and an Iron Man Trophy and runner up will receive a wall plaque and $300 for their effort. Round money will be paid with second round winners at $50 per round.
Entry fee is $100 and there will also be a $25 gate fee for a total of $125.
Also new this season is the Tri State Ford Performance award that pays the racer that accumulates the most points $1000 and a Trophy, and the second place poiints person will earn $300.
Make plans to race with The Buckeye S/SS Drag Racing Series on August 15th.
