Live from the BIG GO

Well not yet but we hit the road yesterday(and the road hit back) more on that later. We left yesterday morning at 5 AM for the 9 hour ride to our good friends home Rudy and Ruth Mathews to visit for a couple days. So back to the road, after finding every mountain and hill in western Maryland and Pennsylvania we make it to Ohio and wouldn't you know it (BAM) we have a flat on the trailer (great). We get lucky and get off the road and in a safe spot to make the needed repairs and of course the tire had beat up the fender and the paint on the trailer (ugh). One good note we had a Good Samaritan stop to see if we where ok. Thank You (that doesn't happen very often). So we make it to Rudy & Ruth's home with out any other problems and for an extra treat we go out to dinner meeting up with more good friends Rose and Paul Richardson (so good to see them again) and just to let you know how special this dinner was Rudy paid for dinner Thanks Buddy, So that's the start of our Indy adventure. I've been looking forward to this for a long time so I'm hoping for a good out come. We're going to have fun no matter what.

Well we're here. We made the trip from Rudy's & Ruth's home with no problems and we're in line to be parked at 12 noon. Its so good to see racer friends that we'd only see at a track. The plan is to get parked and do some visiting then head out for a good dinner. I'm beyond happy to be here just hoping for a good race.

Have Fun, Good Luck and enjoy the moment, weather looks good for all 4 days. This was probably a great year to go, 2 less days, Jegs All Stars...If your a fan of TS & TD....they put on one heck of a show last year.

Well today's the day, we get started with time run's and S/St is first out at 7:13 then they cycle thru the classes and we get a 2nd run. I'm taking photos but were trying a different photo hosting site and were still figuring it out. More to come

Thanks Ray. Well as you know I was a 1st round RU. I over compensated for the good air and was slow and late. I can at least say I ran Indy. Were ganging around and cheer leading for my friend Rudy Matthews who's still in. I have a ton of photos to post if I can get the new hosting site working for me I'm trying (Imgur).
