The season finale for the Mid Atlantic. 90 Association will hit Maple Grove Raceway on October 2nd & 3rd. The points battles are tight and everyone is looking to replace their lowest round results going into the finale at the Grove. Doug Doll Jr (SC) & Rick Mattioli (SST) will be looking for their first championships with the series and Hank Smith (SG) will be looking to repeat as champion.
As always with the series, EVERYONE is allowed to race with us, all NHRA rules are in full effect (So refer to the rule book if needed or reach out to the NHRA office) with the only difference being their is no weight break in Super Street and no Altered, Roadsters allowed in the 10.90 class, must be a full bodied car. Trees: Super Comp - .370 LED Compensated Tree / 8.90 Index Super Gas - True .400 Pro Tree / 9.90 Index Super Street - True .500 Pro Tree / 10.90 Index Track operated Test & Tune - Friday, October 1st, 2021 Gates open at 4 pm; testing starts at 5 pm till 10pm. Testing fee is $25, crew/spectator fee is $5. Mid Atlantic .90 Race # 8 - Saturday, October 2nd, 2021 Gates Open at 7am; Racing to begin at 9am with 2 qualifiers and eliminations Rotation (Super, Pro, Juniors, Super Street, Super Gas, Super Comp into 2nd TT) Gate Fee is $30 / $100 paid to Rob Keister at his trailer / Optional $10 Calcutta Based on 32 Cars - winner gets $1,600 / $625 Runner-Up plus Calcutta if your entered Racers BBQ will be held Saturday Night at my trailer, so swing by and grab a bite to eat - still deciding on a menu items...might just do a fancy BBQ of Burgers and Hot Dogs Mid Atlantic .90 Race # 9 - Sunday, October 3rd, 2021 Gates Open at 7am; Racing to begin at 9am with 1 qualifiers and eliminations Rotation (Super, Pro, Juniors, Super Street, Super Gas, Super Comp into 1st round) Gate Fee is $30 / $80 paid to Rob Keister at his trailer / Optional $10 Calcutta Based on 32 Cars - winner gets $1,150 / $500 Runner-Up plus Calcutta if your entered Also SUNDAY MORNING as a thank you to all the racers for making the 2021 season one of the most successful years in .90 History, I will be doing a Pancake breakfast for all members at my trailer in the morning. So get up, shuffle on over to pay your dues for the day and grab a plate for some breakfast done by myself! Last but, not least - Anyone who was in attendance at the .90 Nationals, we know it didn't go the way we had planned it but, if you came and ran with us the added bonus will be funneled over to the event, so any driver that was entered into the .90 Nationals and goes the farthest in eliminations per day / per class will get a $250 bonus from POR 15. Weather looks pretty awesome for the season finale!! Hope to see you all there and a BIG THANKS to everyone who made this year possible! We had record car counts, record membership and some really good payouts for a low entry fee. Hope to see more jump on board for a great series in 2022!

if the super and pro classes were added, why can't they run in between our classes so some could run two .90 classes?
i think it would also help in time for pairings
