Independence Day
Happy birthday to the U.S.A.!
My father took me to my first drag race the 4th of July weekend in 1969 or '70 at Connecticut Dragway to see a funny car show that featured "Jungle" Jim Liberman and "Miss STP" Paula Murphy and many others. There were also many Modified, Stock and Super Stock cars that day and it was awesome. Alas there are no scheduled events this weekend. How do guys feel about that?
