WTB fox mustang rear wheels

Helping my son with a starter car 89 mustang and need a pair of rear wheels
Need Weld draglite or prostar, 15"x8", 4.5" bolt circle, and 5.5" backspacing.
He is on a budget so hoping someone might have a pair collecting dust they could sell reasonable. A bonus would be with a pair of used 9" x 28" tires.
Would need to be close to northern VA or be able to ship OR could be a picked up at Cecil Co points race next weekend
