The company I work for monitors the web constantly for any such issues and jumps all over them to minimize any damage to it's reputation.
The thing is Tim that even if they repair the housing or even replace it we would get the same thing back. They offer nothing different in the design of perches. I find it difficult to believe that this is the first or only instance of this happening to a Moser perch and them not hearing about it. That and taking no measures to rectify the problem.
