the weight breaks in the rulebook are used to classify the car, and tell you the minimum weight you can be.
I don't think any reference is made to maximum weight. The only other references to weight have to do with how much weight you can add to your car. Danny waters idea of the min/max weight on the stickers would be the only way to remedy this.
