If FI is so wonderful why havent the Pro Stockers been allowed to use it and get rid of those UGLY hood scoops?

I believe the reason FI has not come to NHRA Pro Stock is NHRA has no one with a clue on how to Police it if it were allowed.
They have enough trouble with the other classes.
