Sammy, you're talking about the L/88 hood correct?

If that's the case, it might be a hard sell to reinstate for the L36 427 390 HP 4BBL combo.

We can agree the L/88 hood was never on the 1968-69 Corvette 427 3X2 engines.

BTW, how much change did you notice between the fresh air and non-fresh air hood or was simply running more carb spacers/gaskets under the manifold that was the advantage?
