Your chemical equation: Al + Fe3O4 = Al2O3 + Fe
Balanced equation: 8 Al + 3 Fe3O4 = 4 Al2O3 + 9 Fe

By the way, in the case you do not know:
Al = Aluminum
Fe= Iron
O = Oxygen
