My opinion would be to chip it higher.
Unless you have a 1000 HP plus to launch the car I do not think 4000 chip is nearly enough to cut the light and get the momentum started.
I usually chip mine 5000 to 5600 depending on the adjusted altitude but I do bring the TS on at .07.
My car only weighs 2165 with me in it and it takes that to get it off and going.
I also am of the opinion that about 1 sec total in the TS timer is a minimum.
Most cars need that amount of time to settle down and then let it come back off the stop to full power.
Just a suggestion.
Track Time is the only way to see what the car really likes.
