on a friends 69 camaro, I used a willwood 7/8 bore, disc front drum rear.bolted right up where power booster did no mods but, I need to make a spacer as the pushrod which is attached to master was too long. works real well.

Had this problem on a cutlass last year with the 1"master. I knocked the studs out of the pedal bracket, ovaled the holes with the die grinder, and used some grade 8 bolts. Didn't modify the master at all. Works great, no problems.

I put the Strange master cyl on my 69 Camaro. Slotted the holes, added flat washers to increase clamping force and still good 15 years later.

I did the same as Jim Grande with the slots and washers. works great. Kenny my master cylinder had metric threads in it. I had to match up some new fittings and reflare the lines. Pretty easy install.

I drilled the holes on my master cyl just large enough to slide over the studs and used washers behind the nuts, this way it would still center itself in the bore.works fine! Mine is a 71 pontiac ventura, same car.good luck
