Have you looked at the Ihra list? If you have what is that first fuel on the list? Its labeled stock/super stock and the fuel color is purple. On the mir website they have vp 110 listed and the color is also purple. What I am asking is if anybody knows if this is the same thing or not.

I used VP110 a couple of years ago at a points meet and got tossed. They had nothing close to it in their books. They checked it as stock/superstock also commenting about the different color (possible change)
Call VP and ask them.
