This car looks very familiar. I live about 15 miles from Forrest Hills. It is just a unincorporated area, subdivision type area, West of Deland, FL,. Sunshine Dragstrip is an 1/8 mile track in Clearwater Florida. Maybe someone there could help you. Here is their address:

Thanks guys - that's a couple more clues to work with. I'm starting to think we should just have pulled the engine apart to see what's in it for parts. It would have taken a lot less time LOL.

The hunt is over - Apparently the previous owner has finally decided to furnish us with the info we were looking for. He could have told us earlier and saved me a pile of phone calls and God knows how many emails....Can't wait to run into him at the track in 2010

Another team member will be talking to the previous owner probably tomorrow. After all the time I wasted on my search for info I'm probably not the best person to contact him.
