Didn't see a highway patrol or dot/dmv vehicle. Maybe I was lucky? Called Comdata to buy the permits, and it was $5 for a 24hr trip permit plus $.15/mile. Then they said I needed a $30 IFTA fuel permit, plus Comdata's $30 fee! Good luck trying to decide what to do!
