I had won 6 out of 7 first place and won grand prize and first place out of 248 cars when I was younger and I must say you are an amazing builder. The backdrops do make it look SO real. I've always found that when you take a picture on cement it really adds to the realism. I remember my brother telling me I could afford to race if I quit the models, so I did. But that was in the late 70's. GREAT JOB THERE! I too love the chevelle wagon and the others are just as amazing.
Speaking of Wally Booth's Gremlin I had an 8x10 photo of it SIGNED BY him and RONNY SOX when I was a kid and I lost it... Last edited by rayfin; 11-07-2010 at 11:55 AM. |

Bummer! I had quite a few "valuables" like that, that I also lost. Too bad we didn't know enough to guard them better! |

The one that I am building is going to be more of a tubbed S/ST. I love tubbed wagons and the 66-67 are one of my favorate. There was never a model of a 66 wagon before. So I am having to make it. I will post some photos of what I got so far. Matt |
