I'm surprised you didn't say: up is down and down is up. Or is it: down is up and up is down? :~) There is some good info about suspensions here. I think he was an engineer with the Chrysler race teams in the early years when they used the SS spring setup and developed the 3 link. Hope it helps. http://www.racetec.cc/shope/
