Wrong Ed here, but it's just harder to respect people that hide behind childish made up names.

Maybe its because people seldom ever use the real name forum and the multi-posters with real names would only be preaching to a very limited audience.

And if the *HRA's bigwigs only read the real name forum to get opinions of real racers, they would think everything with racing is fine.
Jason, it is a mystery why some complain about anonymity, when there was a section constructed just for them, so that they could stay away from cowards and Pecksnifs that, for some odd reason, do not want their existence on the internet to be known.

I mean, what rational person would wish to protect their identity?

Hope that Pecksnif isn't a CJ or DP, that would take a whole new thread!

Since this isn't such a good topic, lets add no reaction times or increments down track.

248H Stock?
One time you want to update racing and then the next time you want to go back to the 70s. Which way is it? Or do you just want to make things best for you?

First let me say that I have nothing to gain if the tree's software changes, it's a change to make each racer have to take the chance at the tree. No free rides on either side of the tree. The change would have to have true win lights so that neither racers knows if the other fouled, making it a race to the finish line. The other part is take the technology, like the incrementations out of the race information and put all back into the racers hands to figure it out for themselfs. I think that there are some of the racers, that without the time increments, they wouldn't have a clue on what to dial from one round to another. Technology is great, but too much technology can spoil the sportsmanship in racing.
On Long Island we used to race with one dial for the day, I'm not suggesting that, that would be going backwards.

Joe,
If it was a close red light you wouldn't see it, it would just show the green until the second car got their chance to lose.
