It seems to me, those items are the essence of handicap racing . Without that , 99.9% might as well stay home . Would you guys prefer to run the new CJ's heads up, instead, so you 're not distracted?

This still has nothing to do with the unequal red light jeopardy issue , which if changed ,would not benefit or be detrimental to one particular car over the other.
That is, unless you have a personal agenda...
