I have the greatest respect for all of the "A" racers at Indy. There are no bit players here. Many take B to make it easier to qualify. I understand that. It is tough at Indy. That being said, those that remain to battle in A deserve respect.
You all have my respect as racers at the toughest race out there. Heck, even the Ford guys paid homage with an offering of pizza from the Varsity Ford team! ![]()

Just want to thank you again Jim for all the hard work you put into the A/Stick Challenge! It was awesome to be a part of it! That was a great presentation you put on. I applaud you!

There was some mentions on the nice Article Bobby Bennett did on the Challenge Races at Indy. ( Great Coverage by the way for 2 years running) I thought I would provide a link to the sportsman report for those that have not seen it.
When you get there, you will see Me and Caleb along with 2 very special items. There were some awesome prizes awarded through the help of others that include cash and prizes! Makes it really nice for the A/Stick and A/SA competitors that slug it out at Indy! There are two notable "priceless" items presented that were made possible by some very thoughtful racers! 1) The American Flag that was flown in a U2 spyplane over Afganistan. That is a keeper for sure. This was made possible by Shawn Allsup, a member of our racing and military community! 2) The right to hold the A/Stick Champion's Trophy for yet another year! This trophy was the product of Dennis Breeden, his Uncle and of course, SSGT/C Racer Ernie Neal! Now, I have to excuse the fact that I am even in the picture, but I am sure Jack would be proud of the CR shirt! Thanks again to Bobby Bennett and www.competitionplus.com along with Ken Miele and www.classracer.com This type of grassroots racer support would not be possible without good and smart people that love our sport and help it to thrive! click the link and read on. The A/Stick Coverage is down a ways as it is on the Thursday Coverage portion of the page. Thanks! http://www.competitionplus.com/drag-...tsman-notebook
