Thanks, HM. The 1962 Pontiac Catalina (and Grand Prix) is one of my favorites as far as early Ponchos go. I probably have more photos somewhere in my vast collection. If I find any, I'll be sure to post them

M68, yeah that would be cool if you can find some more early stuff on the old Tin-Indians & Swiss-Cheese race cars...some pretty trick stuff from Pontiac back then.

M68....That "Break Away" Firebird is still around...somewhere. Saw it at a car show in
CT about a dozen or so years ago...original owner bought it back and did total resto....
including the lettering...

Love those early season? Dover shots with the snow melting...I missed out on Dover
back in the day...wish I hadn't!!!

There is a story about the second car pictured above (which, by the way, started out life as a hardtop) on the H.A.M.B. web site's Junior Stock thread as told by Dominic "It's Dynamite" Rinaldi. I wish I had the exact link for you. It's somewhere there in that very long thread.* It's a very interesting story as Dom relates the details on how Frank Sulc transformed the team's second Challenger from a hardtop to convertible with (body and interior) parts help from Chrysler due to a shortage of 1971 Dodge Challenger convertibles--at least at the time the C & S team needed one after the crash of their first Challenger on top end at Sanair.
