Greg, wait till you hear about my new BB car. I don't want to ruin your day. I can't get to the maximum of C unless I lose 240 lbs., so I will just stay in E at the same weight and just try to drive the car, which has become an issue. I guess at this age, the good times just don't last long enough. I will reinstall the drink holder in the car, change the cage for an ice chest in the trunk, so all is not lost.

Talking Re: Stock @ Gainesville

Just a simple question , is Art Leong hp rating bogus in super stock ? He seems to be able to go as fast as he wants when ever he wants with a 95 Neon and I tip my hat to him . I just dont hear anybody hear bitching about his car being under factored. And Im sure some you guys think us guys with the new cars never have to work on them or spend a dime to make them go as far under the index as a 95 Neon . The race car fairy just gives them to us an their 1.20 under , all we do is gas and go fast

Arts car is Modified Stock, @ 18 pounds, per cubic inch, which means they will simply lower the index for the class! That is a fact of life for all hood scoop cars in Super Stock, as it affects everyone in that class, no matter what type of car, or combination they a running.

Jeff, I can identify with having an issue about the driving part.

Maybe this is the future of the class?

When they whacked .30 off of all of the indexes they sure slowed down the new vehicles getting factored to where they should be.
Curious isn't it?

There should be a new factor for all of us old and fat guys no matter what class!
