To be fair I emailed my thoughts to Frank and Skooter and they both replied back to me the same day. Basically you get 1 run on fri and 1 on Saturday before going into eliminations. Their position is if you need more runs that's what the test and tune are for. Of course that's more $$$. I don't like it but I respect the fact they answered my email.

I am really sorry I am going to miss it this year... just had surgery, and the Dr. wont let me race yet.

I hope there is a good turn out, and everyone enjoys it. Temperatures should be nice.

Keep emailing Frank... the more the better. He has been pretty good to listen. Might make a difference this time, might not, but might change stuff later if not now!?!

After all the pictures of food that was eaten last week, especially the mud bugs, the Dog and the Pup might be a little slow and that would be good for the rest of the S - SS field!

Hope to see you all in Dallas in another month or so.

Maybe they will add a run for you guys to kill some time.I can't imagine there being that many cars there. Isn't this the track that had about 4 Super Stockers and 10 Stockers last year?

Ron will drive the Olds on Sunday in SuperStock SS/MA.

Really 75.00 its up to the track what they charge for the t.t. The last ihra race i went they charged 50.00 and started 2 hours late. and it was a mess. I try to support ihra i feel that they gain as much as the racer two races 1/2 the labor 2 races. Ten cut the sportsman track time. 02. Jim Hanig

Jim, you really seem disgruntled with IHRA, maybe you should just stay home..........just my .02
