Default Re: Harrison NY, NY CITY people need help

Herbjr , it really is not as bad as everybody makes it up to be. The best advice I can give you is to come in early. EARLY means getting over the George Washington Bridge by 6 am. I assume you are coming from the south so just take the most direct route to the GWB and time it to be in the Bronx around sunrise. Follow the signs for 95N (Cross Bronx Expressway ) towards Boston. If you have a GPS , have the address plugged in as they work well up here. If you hit any slowdowns it will be around Country club Rd to Pelham Parkway. After that you should have a good ride to Harrison on 95, about 20 minutes. Tolls will be NJ Turnpike , GW Bridge and New Rochelle toll in Westchester . The roads aren't the greatest but just put in the middle lane and drive accordingly. If you have a CB radio, asking directions on 19 will get answers . It is a straight shot to where you have to go. If I was not working, I would meet you and act as your guide. Any questions feel free to ask. I believe the Harrison exit is 19 on 95N in Westchester.
