Default Re: Door handle/arm rest on stocker with cage

My Nova I used to race had to remove arm rest, did'nt seem bad at first but have always bent bars to clear arm rest, door handles ever since works best in my opinion if you go below them can use them just like does'nt have roll bar.
If going to have interior I suggest you mock all bars up with all that stuff in car

Had friend helping one night was strapped in, window net up, had my hand between net and doorbar on doorhandle, which I would give a pull and pull my hand out of the way just before door would close so did'nt catch my hand between bar and door, had door just barely open they motioned me out and before I could push door open and give a pull,my buddy slammed my door, and went to put me in water,he saw car not starting and pulling out, and came back,I had to motion him to come open door so I could get my hand out could'nt open it with right hand or get the left out.LOL

Found I had enough room with the side bars to add them to the Camaro. Got two sitting on the counter waiting for me to re-install the door panels...I will be much happier with them in the car.
