X2...Couldn't agree more. I purchased and bolted on an HR Parts N Stuff bar, with zero additional adjustments it did exactly what I apparently wasted A LOT of time trying to do with just shocks and air bags.

But to answer your question, I wouldn't go lower than 5#, and no higher than 15#. A lot of the range for me depended on tire clearance.

The ARB instantly took the body roll/twist right out of the launch. Before and after shots below.
