Default Re: Ignition wires

I used accell 8.8 wires forever... Not a darn thing wrong with the wire regarding performance or longevity.... However, I installed a data logger this past winter. I Noticed several sensor traces as pretty noisy, and the sensors closest to the wires were the worst.

Did some checking around, and found out that the MSD 8.5 superconductor wires not only purport to have much better noise suppression, but also actually much lower conductor resistance, which would seem counter intuitive..... But there was enough info out there to make it credible..... So just two weeks ago, I bought a set of the MSD 8.5 Super Conductor wires, and tested them for resistance, then installed them.
Sure enough, less than half the resistance of the accell 8.8 wires, and my data logger traces have 75% less noise in them.
Im convinced.
