Robert Hindman's car is a 2012 built by George Wright and Jimmy Ronzillo.
NA combinations 2010; 4.6 3v modular that uses the Mustang GT shortblock, FRPP CNC Mustang GT heads, FRPP intake and FRPP cams.(Charles Downing runs one) 352ci pushrod based off of the FRPP crate engine. It uses the 302 Windsor block.(several out there and is one of more attractive factored combos Sam Tufano, brian Wolfe, holbrook, the Richards crew) 428ci pushrod basses off of the FRPP crate engine. It uses the 351 Windsor based block. (Several out there also Roger Cook, Chris Holbrook, Richards crew) 2012; 5.0 coyote modular. Uses Mustang GT heads, cams and intake. Pistons have a little more compression then the factory Mustang GT(Robert Hindman's) 2013 5.0 coyote engine. Uses Boss 302 heads, FRPP Cams and intake and the higher compression Pistons from the 2012.(platt, Charles Downing) Pushrod combos more revisions and 363/427(Richards group, Bo Butner) 2014: Carry over from 13 except for pushrod is now a d3 head 429 with FRPP intake(cook, Bo Butner) Now do you want to build a combo or buy a turn key model? Do you want a turn key from Ford Racing or one some one built? What's your preference on maintenance and ET?

There are factory VIN car combos in the guide also but aren't factored as favorably as the Factory Cobra Jet combos.

If you are wanting to stay out of 9s and needing to get a license then you're looking at the 3v, 5.0, 352, 363 combinations. BUT it's a matter of time before these guys eventually make it there also. The 3v is the furthest away but is factored softer then the 2012 5.0.
I should say was factored softer. I haven't looked at the NA combos since the NHRA separated the classes. We are considering building a 352 combination for a friend in the shop.

I have a NHRA license already. I kept it up to date. I am only thinking about starting out with a slower car. Then step up to a faster car. Just want to get some seat time. I have never driven a really fast small tire car so don't want to go out there and make an *** out of my self and end up on my lid. I plan on starting with a slower car then buy a 2nd car for me to run and let me nephew drive the slower car.
