I wear them during the day,and up until mid evening. Then I go back to my regular glasses.I did find that once I took them off I would redlight almost everytime in eliminations,so I had to adjust front tire pressure to compensate. My glasses are prescrips and are polarized.

Oakley Shooting Glasses; they come with different lenses for highlighting specific colors for targets. Play with the lenses and you will find which ones are more suitable for day and night. Not cheap but the best.
